How to fix your autopost/sharing videos to Instagram | Minta
If you've been receiving a red error message saying "Failed to post. Resource does not exist" for Instagram, here is how you can fix the issue
Steps to Fix the Error
- Go to any video and click the pink Share button at the bottom
- Select Instagram
- Under where it says Instagram Account, click Add Account
- When the Facebook message pops up, click Edit Settings
- Ensure all your Instagram business accounts are selected (this is necessary even if you don’t plan to use Minta to post to all of them). Click Next
- Repeat the same process for the Facebook pages you want to link to Minta. Click Next
- Make sure everything is set to Yes, then click Done
- Click OK
Posting to Instagram
- Go back into Minta and select the Instagram account you want to share to
- Click Post Now
- Wait about 15 seconds for your post to go through. You should receive a success message instead of the error message
