How to fix your autopost/sharing videos to Instagram | Minta

If you've been receiving a red error message saying "Failed to post. Resource does not exist" for Instagram, here is how you can fix the issue

Steps to Fix the Error

  1. Go to any video and click the pink Share button at the bottom
  2. Select Instagram
  3. Under where it says Instagram Account, click Add Account
  4. When the Facebook message pops up, click Edit Settings
  5. Ensure all your Instagram business accounts are selected (this is necessary even if you don’t plan to use Minta to post to all of them). Click Next
  6. Repeat the same process for the Facebook pages you want to link to Minta. Click Next
  7. Make sure everything is set to Yes, then click Done
  8. Click OK

Posting to Instagram

  1. Go back into Minta and select the Instagram account you want to share to
  2. Click Post Now
  3. Wait about 15 seconds for your post to go through. You should receive a success message instead of the error message

Well, that’s a wrap!
