Setting up auto post with Minta: step-by-step guide

The following guide will walk you through setting up auto post for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest using Minta. Each section includes step-by-step instructions to enable Minta to autopost on your behalf.

TikTok auto post setup

Click on Auto Post



Click on TikTok Auto Post



Click "select account" to connect your TikTok business account with Minta



Follow the prompts to log in and link your TikTok account



Define days when Minta should auto post for you



Specify times as per your strategy



Choose your collections as per your strategy and click apply





Select templates - Choose your preferred designs or select "all designs"

Note: deselect seasonal templates like Black Friday or Halloween if not relevant





After making your selections, click "apply"



Click Select captions



Select whether you wish to use manual captions or our brand new AI-generated captions







Make sure your global general brand kit settings are set up as you wish and if you wish to ensure up to date syncs, make sure you select this in your settings















Set live - Go back into your TikTok auto post settings, check the global settings in step 12 are as you wish and finalize your settings by clicking "set live"



You will receive a confirmation message that your TikTok page is now set up for auto posting!

Instagram auto post setup

Click Instagram Auto Post



Select account - Choose your Instagram business account linked to Facebook/Meta



Follow the prompts to connect your Instagram business account with Minta

Facebook auto post setup

Click on Facebook Auto Post



Choose your Facebook business account

Finalize settings by clicking "set live"

Pinterest auto post setup

Click Pinterest on the auto post dashboard and click on Select board



Click on Connect Pinterest



You will be taken through to Pinterest. Click on Give access to authorize Minta to connect your Pinterest business account with Minta



Back in Minta, click on Select board again



Select the Pinterest board you want Minta to auto post to

Click on Apply to Save your settings and finalize the connection



Once you’ve followed these steps for all platforms, your auto post settings are live and ready to help your business grow!
