Accessing the Planner Page



To access the Smart Planner page in Minta, follow these simple steps:

Calendar Navigation: On the Planner page, you can see a calendar displaying your scheduled posts. Use the arrow at the top left corner to navigate between months.
Scheduled Posts: The Planner page displays both manually scheduled posts and auto posts. These scheduled posts will appear on the calendar, providing you with an overview of your social media content.

Now, let's dive into how to effectively use the Planner page for managing your scheduled content.

Manual Scheduled Posts



Creating a Manual Scheduled Post



Access the Create Page: To manually schedule a post, go to the Create page (this article does not cover the Create page in detail).
Select the Post: Choose the post you want to schedule by clicking the "Share" button on the Create page.
Choose Page: Select the social media page you want to post to, which is connected to your account. You can create a new page if needed.
Set Caption: Enter your desired caption for the post, and you can even add emojis to make it engaging.
Schedule Date and Time: Instead of posting immediately, click on "Schedule" and choose a date and time for your post. For example, you can schedule it for next Monday at 10 AM.
Preview and Edit: Review all the details, including the page, caption, and scheduled date and time. Make any necessary edits and click "Apply" to schedule the post.

Editing Manual Scheduled Posts



If you need to make changes to a manually scheduled post, follow these steps:

Access Planner: Go to the Planner page.
Locate the Post: Find the scheduled post on the calendar that you want to edit.
Edit Post: Click on the post, and you can change details such as the scheduled date and time. For example, you can reschedule it to a different day.
Save Changes: After editing, click "Apply" to save your changes.

Auto Posts



Creating Auto Posts



Access Auto Post Section: On the Planner page, go to the Auto Post section (this article doesn't cover Auto posting in detail).
Connect Social Media Page: Connect your social media page to enable Auto posting.
Set Posting Schedule: Choose the frequency and times for posting. For example, you can schedule posts to go out twice a day, skipping Sundays, at 10 AM and 6 PM.
Select Products and Templates: Pick collections from your store and templates from Minta that the Auto poster will use to create videos.
Set Captions: Select the captions you want to include in the posts. These sections are dynamic, and you can choose all of them or specific ones.
Activate Auto Posts: Click "Apply" to activate the Auto posting schedule.

Managing Auto Posts



Auto posts will be displayed on your Planner page according to their scheduled dates and times. You can see a preview of the post content.

Please note that only posts for the next two weeks will display actual product previews. The rest will show placeholders. Minta syncs products two weeks in advance to ensure accurate data, including prices and images.
